Please join The AWS1 James Buriak Foundation as we host the SECOND annual Run to Remember LOOSEFOOT 616 on August 19th, 2023 in Virginia Beach, VA and San Diego, CA- as well as virtually. We look forward to you joining us in honoring and remembering LOOSEFOOT 616.
*** The course this year is new and improved from last year *** Virginia Beach, VA: To ensure the success and safety of this event from last year we have made the following changes. These changes include a new route that remains closer to the Sportsplex and starts earlier in the morning, additional water and aid stations, additional volunteer and professional medical personnel supporting the runners, and more shaded areas to rest and recover.

Important Information

We are an all-volunteer military and military spouse organization dedicated to providing pre-mishap education and immediate post-mishap support for the Navy and Marine Corps Aviation community and their families. In addition to providing immediate support, we also provide resources for childcare, relieving immediate financial burdens and initial help and planning. We look forward to seeing you on August 19th!
